Healthcare

Boris Tartakovsky, PhD, a Biotech Consultant specializing in infectious diseases, provides Adir Group with all scientific support in the Healthcare business.

We have the privilege to represent leading companies in the field of decontamination. Annually, approximately 2 million patients suffer with Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs) in the USA, and nearly 90,000 are estimated to die. The overall direct cost of HAIs to hospitals ranges from US$28 billion to 45 billion. While the range is wide, HAIs are clearly expensive.

Surfacide

Offers the Helios system, which utilizes multiple emitters simultaneously, to rapidly eliminate and prevent, in a single cycle, the spread of dangerous microorganisms including MRSA, SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), C.diff, VRE, CRE and Acinetobacter.

The system decontaminates surfaces using UV-C technology that is scientifically proven. The Helios system delivers more UV-C energy, to more exposed areas with more power and efficacy and reduces shadowed areas, as compared to single emitter systems. Surfacide emitters laser map the space to calculate the most effective UV-C dose required to decontaminate the area, reducing overall time and labor.

Airpura Industries

Developed an indoor Air Purifier which filters out all of the allergens, chemicals, bacteria and viruses from the air, leaving only clean air. Airpura is committed to the highest quality and manufacturing excellence. The filtration systems go through rigorous testing and standards and all tests are conducted and certified by independent third-party laboratories. Airpura's HEPA filter is class H14 and tested in accordance with the European filter standards EN-1822 and has demonstrated 99.995% efficiency. Air filtration using High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters have become a critical weapon in the fight against the spread of COVID-19.
